We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team! Grounded Therapy is a small group of psychologists operating in an independent group model in San Diego, CA. Our team works virtually and offers you the flexibility of remote work. We are committed to offering accessible, intersectional, evidence-based therapy. Postdoctoral Fellowship
Preparing Fellows to offer advance evidence-based capabilities in a private or group practice.
Program Purpose
The postdoctoral training program at GT offers specialized training in treating a wide variety of mental health disorders for adults, including but not limited to: trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. Fellows will be exposed to evidence-based practices in various populations, such as the LGBTQIA+ community, Veterans, older adults, and those with comorbid disabilities. Our hope is to offer accessible, effective, anti-oppressive therapy to folks from all walks of life. Successful completion of the postdoctoral fellow program at GT:
Requirements Fellows must have completed all doctoral degree requirements from an APA/CPA-accredited program and have completed an APA/CPA-accredited internship. Expectations
